ChessBaron offers chess boards that represent excellent value for money. Most of our boards are solid wood boards, but we also have a specialised range of high quality veneer boards. Manufacturers of these are from Italfama of Italy and Ferrer of Spain.
Expect natural imperfections as in any wood product – this is seen as a desirable aging feature. Need help? Please call for advice on which chess boards match nicely for size and colour. We have a recommendation for each set and our pictures will reveal much about colouring, quality and design of each board.
